    Delivery

    We are based in Douala and will deliver to you(in Douala), at your doorstep . We also deliver to other towns via courrier service. Other towns where we deliver include:  Kribi, Yaounde, Limbe, Buea, Tiko, Boumnyebel. We offer free delivery for orders of 250,000 FCFA and above. During sale periods and promotions the delivery time may be longer than normal delivery time specified on each product page.

    JIDELLE  will accept exchanges and return of unused items within 3 days of the date of Delivery on presentation of the original receipt. No monetary refunds are guaranteed. Your return will usually be processed within a week to a week and a half.
