  We are based in Douala and will deliver to you(in Douala), at your doorstep . We also deliver to other towns via courrier service. Other towns where we deliver include:  Kribi, Yaounde, Limbe, Buea, Tiko, Boumnyebel. We offer free delivery for orders of 250,000 FCFA and above. During sale periods and promotions the delivery time may be longer than normal delivery time specified on each product page.

  Return

  JIDELLE  will accept exchanges and return of unused items within 3 days of the date of Delivery on presentation of the original receipt. You can make known your complain to us directly via whatsapp: (+237) 6 83 18 36 49 Items returned by a client can only be replaced by another item the client will need. No monetary refunds are guaranteed. Your return will usually be processed within a week to a week and a half. We’ll send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed. Please allow 1-3 business days for your demand for a return to be processed. Then we will notify you and our decision to accept your return and replace with an item of your choice.
