3. CUSTOMISATION PREVIEWWhere Jidelle provides an online customisation preview, the preview is intended to help the customer visualise the final product.Depending on the product and production method, the final physical product may have minor differences from the digital preview. For example:Colours may appear slightly different on the physical product. The position of an element may vary slightly due to production tolerances. The appearance of an image may differ depending on its quality and the printing method. The physical dimensions of the product may affect how the design appears. The preview should therefore be considered a representation of the intended design rather than a guarantee of pixel-perfect reproduction.
4. DESIGN APPROVALFor certain customised products, particularly complex, corporate or bulk orders, Jidelle may provide a design proof for customer approval before production.Where a proof is provided:Jidelle prepares the proposed design. The customer reviews the design. The customer requests any necessary corrections. The customer approves the final design.Jidelle begins production.Once the customer approves a design, production may begin. The customer is responsible for errors that remain in an approved design.

8. CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED LOGOS AND DESIGNSFor corporate, event and business orders, customers may upload logos, artwork or other branding materials.Customers are responsible for providing appropriate files and confirming that they have permission to use the submitted material.Where possible, customers should provide high-quality versions of their logos, preferably in a format suitable for the requested production method. If a logo or design requires significant preparation before production, an additional design or preparation fee may apply.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTYBy submitting an image, logo, artwork, text or other content for customisation, the customer confirms that they have the necessary rights or permission to use that content.Jidelle does not claim ownership of customer-owned photographs, logos or artwork merely because the customer submits them for customisation. The customer remains responsible for any copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights associated with the content they provide.
