We are based in Douala and will deliver to you(in Douala), at your doorstep . We also deliver to other towns via courrier service. Other towns where we deliver include: Kribi, Yaounde, Limbe, Buea, Tiko, Mutengene, Boumnyebel.

We offer free delivery for orders of 250,000 FCFA and above.

During sale periods and promotions the delivery time may be longer than normal delivery time will be communicated and specified on each product page.

Return

JIDELLE will accept exchanges and return of unused items within 3 days of the date of Delivery on presentation of the original receipt.

JIDELLE will not accept exchanges and returns of personalised/customized items. This is because cost has been incurred to customize/personalize the items and such items cannot be re-sold to other clients.

Please be sure to verify your order specifications for customized/personalized products very well, before placing an order.

You can make known your complain to us directly via whatsapp, if need arises.

Items returned by a client can only be replaced by another item the client will need. No monetary refunds are guaranteed.

In the event where, the client returns an item due to a mistake/shortcoming by a Jidelle team member, after thorough investigation, we may decided to proceed with a monetary refund.

Your return will usually be processed within a week to a week and a half. We’ll send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed.

Please allow 1-3 business days for your demand for a return to be processed. Then we will notify you and our decision to accept your return and replace with an item of your choice.

Standard children’s T-shirt sizes are categorized by age group, height, weight, and chest measurements. Because sizing varies slightly by manufacturer, measuring the child directly or measuring a well-fitting shirt is the most accurate method.

Toddler Sizing (2T – 5T)

Toddler sizes account for room for diapers and a fuller belly shape.

Little Kids Sizing (4 – 7 / XS – S)

Designed for young children transitioning out of toddler cuts into straight-cut T-shirts.

Big Kids & Youth Sizing (8 – 20 / M – XL)

Youth sizing covers older kids and pre-teens with a larger range of height variations.

How to Measure for the Best Fit

Chest (Width): Measure around the fullest part of the child’s chest, holding the tape measure horizontally. For a garment flat-lay measurement (half-chest), lay a well-fitting T-shirt flat and measure 1 inch below the armhole across from side seam to side seam.
Length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder (next to the collar) straight down to the bottom hem of the shirt.
Sleeve / Shoulder Width: Measure straight across the back from shoulder point to shoulder point.

Key Sizing Rules of Thumb

Between sizes? Always size up. Children grow quickly, and cotton T-shirts can shrink 3–5% upon washing.
4T vs. Size 4: A 4T is shorter in body/sleeve length and wider in the torso to accommodate diapers, whereas a Size 4 is slimmer and longer.
Unisex / Youth Cut: Standard youth tees are cut straight. For slim or fitted styles, consider staying true to size; for oversized streetwear fits, go one size up.
